Bane-Welker Parts Return Policy

Bane-Welker Equipment prides itself on providing exvellent service and selling high quality items. We want you to be completely satisfied.  In the event you need to return a purchase, please review our policies and request a return using the button below.

NEW, UNUSED PARTS:

Returned within 30 days will receive full credit

after 30 days and before 3 months: a 20% restock fee will be assessed

Parts returns after 30 days will not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE PARTS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

- Items not new or not in new condition

- Items not in original packaging or opened sealed packages

- Items replaced or discontinued by manufacturer

- Expendable items considered non-returnable to the manufacturer such as gaskets, belts, o-rings, hoses, electrical parts, etc.

- Any part that has been installed, cut to length or manufactured to your specifications

- Any fluids or grease either in bulk or containers

- Items that are non-stock and/or not returnable to our supplier

- Clearance/As-is merchandise

SHIPPING CHARGES POLICY:

Shipping/freight costs are non-refundable.  Customer is to make arrangements and pay for return shipping for any new item returns.

For parts that are shipped in error or for or any warranty or defective part returns or exchanges, contact us to arrange for return/replacement.

NEW PARTS RETURN CONDITIONS

- For Core Credit Policy, please contact us.

- Core Credit will be issued to customer once credit is invoiced from CNH Core Return

- Core part(s) must be returned to dealer 30 days from date of purchase

- Parts return credit will be issued for price paid at date, not at current parts price

- Credits will be issued to the same card or Paypal account used for purchase

Bane-Welker Equipment reserves the right to reject any and all parts return requests. Returned parts found unacceptable will be held for a period not exceeding (30) days to allow sufficient time for customer to advise us at their disposition. In the absence of written notice advising us of disposition within the (30) day period, we shall assume that all rejected parts are to be discarded and we shall accept no further responsibility for them.
